Box Elder County: the north end of our range

Brigham City, Perry, Willard, and out to Tremonton and the Bear River Valley — Box Elder County is the northern anchor of our service area, and the drive from our Farmington base is easy I-15. It's also where the work changes character: bigger lots, working properties, and the shops and outbuildings that go with them.

Where lots get bigger and projects get practical

South of Willard Bay the question is usually a bathroom or a roof. North of it, it’s just as often “can you build me a real shop?” — 40-foot doors, concrete that can take a loaded trailer, power for welders and compressors. That practical, working construction is a fit we’ve proven: we’ve built red-iron airplane hangars at the Brigham City airport — multilevel, with mezzanines and the major engineered footings that kind of structure demands. A hangar is exactly this kind of building with the stakes turned up: wide clear spans, doors that dwarf anything residential, and steel that has to be set right the first time. It rewards engineering honesty over showroom polish, which is how we like to build anyway. See the airplane hangar page for the full story.

Fruit Way homes and Brigham City neighborhoods

The older homes along the Fruit Way through Perry and Willard, and Brigham City’s established neighborhoods, carry the same remodel patterns we see in Ogden — solid bones, aging systems. Roofs here also take real east canyon wind off the Wasatch; we fasten and detail for it.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Brigham City really in your normal range?

Yes — it defines the north end of it. Salt Lake City to Brigham City is the corridor we quote everywhere, and Box Elder jobs are scheduled like any other, not as a reluctant exception with a trip charge attached.

Do you build rural shops and outbuildings?

That is a Box Elder specialty — we have built airplane hangars in Brigham City, which is the big-span, big-door end of that spectrum. Equipment storage, tall-door RV and truck bays, and working outbuildings for larger properties: engineered, permitted through the county or city, and built on proper concrete.

Do you go beyond the county — Logan and Cache Valley?

Ask — we have done full-home remodels in Logan, so the right Cache Valley project is not a stretch. Tremonton and the Bear River Valley are normal Box Elder coverage, not an exception. The free estimate is free either way.
