Why so much Davis County housing is due at once

Davis County grew in waves — big subdivision pushes in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. A roof from the late 90s is at or past the end of its shingle life, and the bathrooms and kitchens from those builds are the ones homeowners are gutting today. That’s exactly the fast, well-scheduled work we’ve built the company around.

East bench wind, lake-side soil

Davis County has two personalities for a builder. The east bench — from Bountiful up through Farmington and Fruit Heights — takes the canyon winds that peel shingles off roofs nearly every year, so fastening schedules and starter courses matter more here than most contractors admit. The west side toward the lake brings expansive, sometimes wet soils, which is a foundation-and-drainage conversation for additions, garages, and new builds.
